• Mobile / WhatsApp number and email address
• 10+2 Science stream (PCB / PCM) and marks or percentage
• Caste or reservation category (to determine eligibility for government MahaDBT scholarship concessions)
• Native village, taluka, or district

2. How Your Information Is Used

We use the collected information strictly for:

• Providing counseling regarding the DTE Centralized Admission Process (CAP) and Institutional Quota
• Guiding candidates on fee concessions (SC/ST, OBC, VJ/NT, EBC, Minority)
• Scheduling campus and laboratory visits
• Answering specific queries regarding hostel facilities, transport, and document verification

3. Protection of Contact Data

We maintain strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or share candidate phone numbers or email addresses with external telemarketers, coaching institutes, or private aggregators. Inquiries are handled exclusively by authorized faculty counselors of SSPM College of Pharmacy.

4. Statutory Disclosures

For enrolled students, student records and admission data are submitted only to statutory educational bodies as required by law, including the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI, New Delhi), Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE, Mumbai), Directorate of Technical Education (DTE, Maharashtra), and the Government of Maharashtra MahaDBT portal.
